Comparative Analysis of Environmental Political Appointments in the Temer and Bolsonaro Governments

Resumo: This database brings together prosopographical information on the main appointees by the Temer and Bolsonaro administrations to environmentally sensitive portfolios (those related to the environment, mining, the energy sector, and agribusiness). It includes the Ministers of the Environment; Agriculture, Livestock and Supply; and Mines and Energy. It also includes the senior secretaries of these ministries. Finally, we also include the two federal deputies affiliated with the president’s party who most frequently participated in committees dealing with the same topics as those ministries. In addition to the prosopographical table, the database also includes individual prosopographical profiles of the ministers and deputies, as well as a codebook for better understanding.
